Why it mattered:
Instead of broad paid acquisition, Truth Cartel focused on high-intent environments. Technical explainers and use-case-driven posts reached developers already building AI, infrastructure, and protocol software - turning attention directly into pipeline.
PGAT was Pocket Network’s builder program designed to incentivize developers to create use cases. From hundreds of applications, Pocket Network chose 6 teams for the first cohort. PGAT produced concrete, Pocket-native products across the categories we envisioned:
Coordination network for data pipelines where data owners and AI agents collaborate via blockchain-based tooling
AI-powered research platform for high-frequency, low-latency retrieval across decentralized finance (DeFi) chains
Tools for AI agents that make blockchain interactions (e.g., transaction and data queries) viable for enterprises
Infrastructure software connecting builders to data storage and compute networks, scalably and interoperably
Agentic retrieval augmented generation (RAG) gateway to provide real-time data for AI applications
PGAT was launched to be a long-term:

5. Influencer & Video Education
What was delivered:
Educational videos with channels ranging from tens to hundreds of thousands of subscribers

7. INTERNATIONAL GO-TO-MARKET (KOREA)
What was delivered:
Localized Korean-language content and storytelling
Korean PR across leading local outlets (e.g., Maeil Business Newspaper)
AMAs and community activations with local partners
On-site support at Korea Blockchain Week including executive meeting preparation, live content capture, and partner introductions (augmented by a developer event and an invite-only dinner).
Why it mattered:
Korea is a high-signal infrastructure market that rewards credibility and presence. These efforts positioned Pocket Network as a serious, long-term infrastructure player rather than a foreign protocol passing through. On the crypto asset side, a majority of holders and trading activites were in Korea, so cultivating this ecosystem was critical.
